Everything. The room was large. Bed was very comfortable. We asked for a Bath and Shower. My partner loved the bath and the shower was great.

Hotel staff were amazing, Conrad and his team went above and beyond to make our anniversary special. Room was so plush and comfy, gardens are beautiful. Dinner at Epice is a MUST! Protege breakfast was excellent.

Exceptionally good hotel in beautiful surroundings. Could not have been happier of our choice of hotel in Franschhoek. True five star experience with attentive staff, clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. Loved the beautiful bathtub. Pool was clean and whole pool area and gardens really well kept and beautiful. Great location in the middle of Franschhoek.

A beautiful, tranquil luxury hotel, right in the centre of Franschhoek. Breakfast outside on the terrace was delicious and we could not have felt more welcomed by the friendly staff. Our room was large and spacious, tastefully decorated and well equipped.

The property is very tastefully decorated, the rooms are spacious and it is located in town but very quiet and peaceful inside. The staff are also very friendly. The restaurants on site are also very convenient.

A beautiful relaxed hotel in the town of Franschhoek so able to walk to other restaurants. Large comfy rooms. Friendly staff.

Loved location. Incredibly attentive staff. Gardens were so beautiful and most comfortable rooms. Only negative were the cigarette stubs raining from the room above us. Our outside sitting area was littered with stubs!!
